Birth Partner Yoga and Preperation for Labour and Sleep

This 2 1/2 hour workshop offers many tools for both prenatal women and their support person. It covers birthing positions, the importance of breath and relaxation, along with fun yoga poses to do with each other and massage techniques. A great way to spend loving time with each other and your baby. it is co-led with KnowCryBaby with tools for giving your baby and yourself tools for sleep postnatal.
