Motherhood can feel really hard sometimes. No matter what age your children are, whether you stay at home or you work, it may feel like you're giving to the point of feeling exhausted and depleted.
But it IS possible to feel fulfilled and joyful as a mother! In this workshop, you'll find support and learn practical tools that will help you to THRIVE! And when you thrive, you'll have more energy, patience and presence for ALL that you do- work, children, partner, friends, family.

This two-hour workshop will include presentations by Laurel and Katherine from their unique perspectives working with mothers and families, as well as exercises and practices to help you delve more deeply and integrate the material. Then you can bring what you learned into your daily life to find more ease and joy on your motherhood journey!

We are thrilled to be offering space to Blair of Penticton Acupuncture to hold community acupuncture at the studio. Acupuncture can be out of reach for many people. By treating multiple people at once it keeps the price down. You also get to share in a community of healing with others. Drop-in anytime between 3-5pm and join others for an acupuncture session.
We are so excited to be hosting monthly meditation sessions with Hirdaya starting in February. These sessions will be held at Starlit Yoga with Hirdaya remotely. We will be meeting February through July. If you are interested, you can register online on MindBody.
We will be meeting Tuesday evenings, 7:30-9:30pm, Feb 26, Mar 26, Apr 23, May 21, June 25 and July 23. The cost of these sessions is $270. If you are not able to commit to all of these dates there will be a drop in session option for $50.
