Arts-based Embodiment - A 6 week session exploring bodily experience through creative process

Together we will delve into 6 weeks of inquiry into the ground of bodily experience through creative process. This course is a collage of art-based sequences, somatics, mindfulness techniques and playful experimentation/inquiry. The work is experiential, with time for reflection and dialogue.

Good for yogis and movers wanting to bring new perspectives to their movement practice, artists interested in expanding their embodied engagement in their art form, or anyone with curiosity and a desire to learn.

Open to all ~ experience in the arts and movement not a prerequisite

"Alexandra provides a safe space to build community, self trust, and to nurture the instinctual body. My spirit knows greater freedom through this experience of play." JM
