The Heart of Journaling: A holistic writing approach

Join me on a holistic journey of self-exploration through journaling. The writing techniques are set within the Indigenous Medicine Wheel teachings which I learned more about when re/connecting to my Aboriginal culture. We will look at all four aspects of the teachings: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual realms through writing prompts. Weaved through the holistic journey will be moments of quiet still and movement meditations to further enhance our writing.

For this class you will need to bring a journal and a writing utensil. As well, if you can please bring pencil crayons, crayons and/or markers. A limited amount will be provided for use. We will be writing while sitting on the floor so please make sure you have a hard surface to write on.
