Meditation is a simple but life-transforming skill that can help you to relax and enhance understanding about yourself. This course is taught sequentially to provide a progressive, structured approach to mindfulness and meditation technique. Primarily practical in nature, the course aims to enable those new to mindful meditation to experience and reflect on one of the key techniques (awareness of breath) and then progressing through short guided meditations. By the end of the course we move on to unguided meditations that you can then practice on your own to improve your practice at home.
