We are thrilled to be offering space to Blair of Penticton Acupuncture to hold community acupuncture at the studio. Acupuncture can be out of reach for many people. By treating multiple people at once it keeps the price down. You also get to share in a community of healing with others. Drop-in anytime between 3-5pm and join others for an acupuncture session.
We are so excited to be hosting monthly meditation sessions with Hirdaya starting in February. These sessions will be held at Starlit Yoga with Hirdaya remotely. We will be meeting February through July. If you are interested, you can register online on MindBody.
We will be meeting Tuesday evenings, 7:30-9:30pm, Feb 26, Mar 26, Apr 23, May 21, June 25 and July 23. The cost of these sessions is $270. If you are not able to commit to all of these dates there will be a drop in session option for $50.

Arts-based Embodiment - A 6 week session exploring bodily experience through creative process
Together we will delve into 6 weeks of inquiry into the ground of bodily experience through creative process. This course is a collage of art-based sequences, somatics, mindfulness techniques and playful experimentation/inquiry. The work is experiential, with time for reflection and dialogue.
Good for yogis and movers wanting to bring new perspectives to their movement practice, artists interested in expanding their embodied engagement in their art form, or anyone with curiosity and a desire to learn.
Open to all ~ experience in the arts and movement not a prerequisite

Alexandra Goodall is a multidisciplinary artist currently completing her Masters in Intermodal Expressive Arts.
